Medical gases are safe in everyday use; however a simple error due to a lack of understanding or the use of inappropriate practice can put both patient & staff at risk. The result could be an incident which may have far reaching effects.

These classroom workshops provide support to meet the training obligations of NHS HTM 20 21 which recommends gas safety training for all nurses, porters and medical staff.

Who should attend this workshop?

Staff who work with, transport or come into contact with medical gases including nurses, radiographers, physiotherapists, porters
